First topic message reminder :

This is the Area that surrounds the mountain of the divines. Clan wolves generally gather here if the divines wish to announce something, or if they just wish to have some time out to spend a little time in the paradise of the world. This place is very popular for the divines to take some time out too.

Sooner than he thought, another fae wolf began to trek towards him and Blaze. Blaze's eyes followed her, so Marco only assumed that this other female was what she was watching. After passing and weaving her way through the crowd, Marco had full veiw of the wolf. She was a clean coal color with ashen legs and a bright orange chest. Encircling her feet were burning flames, along with some that crowned her ears. Marco's eyes widened a bit as he took in the newcomer. He didn't know there were more wolves like this. Other than Blaze and Kamea, he thought no one else was capable of holding the flare that shone bright from their limbs. By this point she was near them, introducing herself.

"I'm Sear."

Marco blinked for a moment as Blaze exchanged a hello. It was a bit unconfortable to be surrounded by two ever-burning wolves, so he sat up and set his ears back. "Hi," he announced shyly, "I'm Marco." He looked up into the scarlet eyes of Sear and only half-smiled. At this point, only strokes of bright red were painting the edges of the small brutes optics. Looking away, he trained them on Blaze, giving her a small glare. "And this is Blaze," he added.

The youngling wanted to make sure that the new girl, Sear, would stay. He tried to make up conversation in his head as he went back to sit a little ways away from Blaze once more. Scratching his warm right ear casually, he froze. The back paw that didn't have the grey patch was now on... fire? The licking flames soon went out though, and so he repeatedd his actions. Sure thing the fire was pack, licking at his toes and leaving all to soon. Why doesn't this hurt? he questioned himself in surprise, doing it a few more times. Was he getting the flame, too? After a few more scratches Marco froze, staring at his paw. The flame stayed on his foot for a while and didn't disappear this time. He gave up all forms of conversing with the other two adults and stared at his burning foot. The most surprising thing? It doesn't hurt.

"Hello."

The flame-colored she-wolf also seemed speechless. For a moment Sear stared, still awe-struck, until the young pup spoke softly, but clearly.

"Hi, I'm Marco. And this is Blaze."

Marco and Blaze. Fellow Ignisi. Sear felt the strange impulse to howl with joy. She was no longer alone.

"Um..." Sear's deep, crimson eyes darted between the two faces. "Nice to meet you both," she said, not much expression in her voice. Despite the robotic reply, her words were very true.

Marco suddenly became very engrossed in scratching at his flaming ear. He was still developing, but it was certain that in time all four paws and both ears would become engulfed in fire. For a moment Sear felt a pang of nostalgia in her chest. She vaguely recalled how perplexed she had been when her ears and paws began to burn. Marco certainly seemed awestruck and confused, staring at his paw in disbelief. "It's normal. Soon you'll be like us." Sear gestured with a flickering paw at the other female, then came to face her, taking a small step forward.

"This is a pack, right?" Sear blurted, in the excitement of the situation, "Can I join?" The Ignis was too late to catch herself. She didn't know these wolves, and couldn't trust them. But she did want to stay close, at least for a while. "Or wait out the storm?"

Admittedly, the Ignis hadn't put much (or any) thought into these words. It seemed right though. She had traveled a long way, and had, against all odds, discovered others like her. She would be a fool to continue in unfamiliar lands when she could have a chance of a life with fellow wolves. The situation was painfully awkward. But it presented a chance Sear may never have again. And sometimes, she just needed to take the bull by the horns.

On top of that, the cold was really getting to Sear. If she couldn't stay with these wolves, she could at the very least seek refuge from the rain.

Aphrodite was a little apprehensive when it came to fire, and she was looking at Marco when his paw caught itself on fire. She could see the reflection of the flame's image in his eyes. He was confused and astonished at the same time, yet Rodite was struct with fear and loathe for the dangerous element.

"Fire, that overrated dangerous parent-killer. That fast growing murderous weed...." The young female growled to herself. Tears threatened to form, but she bit it back quickly, pulling up her teeth and snarling at the ground.

The rain had begun to soften up and soon it felt like mere mist. The Terra fae walked over to the small stream that runs down from the top of the mountain. The trickle of the water over the rocks calmed her, and made her feel safe. Nothing, though, compared to the way the earth made her feel. She dug into the ground, suddenly sensing something awkward. Something shifted in the landscape and grass began to grow up her legs. She stared in astonishment as it reached her shoulders, then stopped. She stood there, watching the grass slowly recede as a bunny hopped out of the bush.

(I felt like having some grass grow....and yes, fail post.)

Karvuk sat with his wing extended for a while before he tucked it back to his body. The rain was more of a mist now, glinting off of his blackened fur and polishing the raven's wings that were tucked at his side. He watched quietly as the new wolves came, and Blaze gained more members. The small pup that was just welcomed into the clan now sat to stare at his burning paw. Karvuk chuckled a little before casting a glance at the other female pup, who was muttering in hatred of the burning light. Hate of fire was something the black male didn't understand, and he only tilted his head as his ears picked up her muttering.

"Come now, fire isn't all bad." He said. He hadn't realized that the thought was spoken aloud. Suddenly another thought occured to him. The danger is still here. It hasn't left.

The fae was playing around with her new found power when she heard someone say, "Come now, fire isn't all bad." Rodite swung around to the winged wolf. It had to have been Karatavuk, from what she had observed before.

"If you've had the right first encounter, I suppose. But, and you should agree, first impressions last and I'm not about to forget what it did to me. Why I've tried so hard to stay away from it," The young fae felt her temper rising, and in the back of her mind she was telling herself to stop but she continued to press forwards on the tall male, "Why I can't trust those with a look like that in their eyes. Why I have no feeling whatsoever for the destructive, burning hatred, element," Aphrodite growled, quieting down at the end.

Now nearly face to face, even though she was still a pup, she was surprisingly tall. Genetics was her best guess. She tilted her head up, making eye contact with the winged wolf. She knew she should stop and after a few moments, she backed away from his stare. "Sorry, Whitelighter Karatavuk," She said, her voice ridden with shame.

"Come now, fire isn't all bad."

Aly lifted her muzzle from the water and turned. "No, it provides warmth, I guess." she said, mostly to herself, but partially to agree with the male. She turned and stumble over the rocks of the shore, placing one paw carefully after another until she felt the comforting sway of grass in a breeze around her paws once more. She sighed and relaxed her shoulders. "But it would be nice if it didn't burn down forests." she added smoothly.

The white female turned her clouded eyes to the voice of the male, still staying on the grass, she sat, wanting to make conversation throughout her blindness. "So, do you know what's taking our powers? Because nobody else seems to." she let her face turn to him as she waited for an answer.

The youngster Aeria lay curled up not too far away from the other wolves. Her light eyes danced intricately as she took in the socializing of the wolves not too far off from herself. Feeling distant, she evaded any direct contact that would have come to her, though none did. This mildly concerned her- she had begun feeling so welcomed and at the moment, now, with the other youngsters that were older than her and such, she didn't feel as welcomed. Her small, fledgling wings had been growing for the duration of her sort of nap, in-and-out rest, they were prominent now and covered with down, a few pin feathers forming as well. In addition to this, almost constantly now, she felt a breeze. At the moment though she found herself unable to comprehend what it was, or to care enough to even look at where the seemingly random currents of air swelled. It was humid near her, it only seemed to grow to anyone close, and as her discomfort swelled small drops of liquid could be seen gathering on the foliage within a one foot radius of the pup. This continued on, and slowly it became more and more humid until it was foggy around her. That was when she noticed it.

Her eyes focused on the hazy substance that now lingered about her. She understood she was an air breed of wolf, but what she did not understand was how it was that clouds would be under her control. Not that she had a problem with it. On the contrary, clouds had always fascinated her. But then, with alarm apparent in her gaze, they began to fade and she found herself feeling empty and at loss. Yes, her powers, still blooming, were disappearing before she even had the chance to get a good feel for them. A pout apparent in her expression, the young blue tinted female stood up, turned around, and lay to face away from the other wolves. None of them even seemed to notice she was present, not Karatavuk or Erasmus, or the new pups. She knew feeling so was wrong, but she definitely wasn't feeling good.

Rather than having unpleasant feelings directed to them, she found herself beginning to take them out on herself. Her wings shuddered lightly, as she curled her legs closer to her warm belly. But then, she had an idea. She wanted to escape for now, she was shy, and wished to be alone for a little while. Looking up to the trees, she wondered if there was any way she could get up them.

Standing, she opened her tiny wings, immediately realizing such things were far from her reach. And try as she might, she was simply not ready, and the wings were not yet feathered. It simply did not happen. Annoyed by this, a flash of anger directed towards herself ensued. That was when a small, feeble, faint, but visible patch of cloud formed, and swirled angrily about her. Her fuse only lasted so long though, and she found the effort unbelievably taxing. It quickly diminished.

Giving up on any hopes of finding refuge in the tall trees, she began to plod to a nearby bush. She settled next to it, it would do for now. Then, promptly, the pup fell asleep, her light snores barely discernible among the mingling of the nearby wolves.

Audric stepped from the shadows as the pups talked. He had been away checking one of his trees. the conversation fascinated him, that one of the pups hated fire so much, when it did so much for them. His voice sounded behind them "Do not hate the fire, without it new things would not grow, new things would not prosper, without the fire, we would not have a strong forest to live in, to love, the fire makes us stronger, and more durable to live like we do," He walked to where he now stood before the pups. "Have i missed anything?"

Aly turned away from the Incendo male, disregarding her earlier statement and took a few more loud, gulping laps of the stream, feeling the solidity of the pebble s beneath her gave a calm feeling to the fae. She sat up and licked her nose, removing a few drops of water before they made her sneeze. "Well, talk to you later, Fire Dude." she said, trotting through the stream.

Allaya scented the air, the sense of rain still heavy around her, though she could tell the skies were clear of clouds. She shook off the uneasiness that coursed through her pelt as she shook her muzzle, ridding it of the water droplets from her drink. The femme turned and allowed her auds to pick up the voice of a male, rounding over to the pups, she stopped beside them.

"We have our reasons for liking and disliking things, though hate is highly unlikely, but they are just pups so they wouldn't know that, now would they?" she sassed him, though her sight was gone, she could sense everything, and she still had her unwavering ego of large proportions. She walked over with a sensitive touch to her paws and sighed as she inhaled the male's scent.

"You're a Terra, me too. Name's Allaya." she huffed, all senses focused on the air above her, the trouble stirring had been there for quite some time, if it was going to strike, she would be aware, now cautiously awaiting it's further approach she pointed her orbs to the male and spoke once more, her ears still perked to the sky, "what's your name," it was posed as a question, but not voiced in the format.

Fury burned in the little pups eyes. They were now a deep shade of orange, indicating she was totally off the temper hook, but her eyes were filled with tears.

"If you had gone through what I have. If you had seen your parents burn to death before your own eyes would you not hate it! Stripping away your only love. Your only survival! Rodite said, her voice wavering, "Audric, Karatavuk, Allaya, you may never understand me, but understand this. I will never ever forget what it did to my life. It scarred me. It burned me, literally, and it took away the only thing I had to be proud of. Hate is possible, you see it's form right before you."

Aphrodite stepped back slowly, her head down, droplets of tears falling down her muzzle onto the fresh earth. She looked up, her eyes an ocean of tears, and ran off into the woods to recollect herself. To escape the nightmares. To find what has kept her alive all these times...nature.

(and you three unlocked some of her past, but she is mad...luv her!)

As the charmed ones considered her suggestion, Dobharchu's eyes wandered to the wolves as they gathered around the smallest Terran. Their tones were quieter, but when the cub spoke, her voice was raised in anger. Her ears tipped backward as the cub lost her temper. In her homeland, such outbursts were not tolerated, but then again, she was raised in a different place and under different rules. Finally, the small one ran off into the forest, as though the demons of her past were at her heels.

With a nod of regard, the she-wolf excused herself from the debating of the lead wolves, and turned silently to follow. As she brushed past the three whom the pup had addressed, she gave them a look that seemed to request they not follow, at least for now. A moment alone with the cub would perhaps be best, and a large following of other wolves would perhaps drive the cub further from them.

She moved with quiet steps through the woods, the crashing of the small wolf in her anger audible and easy to follow. This one has a great storm in her heart. The female thought silently to herself. One that threatens to pull the very surface itself below the dark waves. In the shadows of the trees her grey eyes seemed to glow white, and the illusion of agelessness, of being old while being young herself, was thrown over her pelt by the shadows of the leaves.

When she finally found the cub, she kept a distance, and spoke in hissing tones. There was little consolation in her voice, and a slight sharpness, like one who was unused to such demonstrations of anger.

"So, this is the embodiment of Hate?" Dobharchu asked quietly, rhetorically. She had approached Aphrodite from behind, but began to circle her to face the cub. "It is a low form, is it not, young one? A very uncomfortable pelt to wear" In her eyes there was some understanding, although not the deep sympathies that other wolves could feel for the cub.

"For one who so loathes the fire you seem to burn from within. Such a burning cosumes more completely than even the hottest fire in the forest." She sat sternly, seeming to block the further running of the child. You have faced much, her posture seemed to say. Now you must face me, and in turn face yourself.

"When the fire ravishes the forest it does not grow green again in a single day. However, the trees do not pull themselves back into the soil in their grief." The water wolf said softly. "Give voice to your sorrow, child of Hate, and perhaps we will find another pelt for you to wear when you outgrow this one."

Before he could converse with Sear and his other packmates again, Marco was distracted by the other wolves. he couldn't quite hear them, but it seemed like Rodite was becoming very upset. Her optics turned a hue of goldenrod, and tears threatened to spill. Marco was surprised as she made a dash for the cover of some trees. Acting out of pure impulse, the young brute sprinted after her into the trees, unaware of the destruction his new found flames he carried.

Marco's long-for-his-age legs carried him at an impressive speed for a pup, still not competing with that of a adult though. He was soon near Aphrodie, bringing up her flank. "Wait!" he exlamined, curiousity getting the better of him. "Where do you plan to go?" At that he skidded to a stop, well hidden from the others under the canopy of trees. "What's the matter? Why are you upset?" he questioned, throwing answers at her in haste. It was a moment to late. The older water wolf beat him to her side, and had already been questioning her. Looking down, he scolded himself for not being faster. he gazed a the flame for a moment, it wasn't causing much destruction, for the flame was the faintest of faint. Looking up, he gave a smallest of smiles to reassure his most familiar companion, then began to trod back to the others. Of all the wolves, the male felt least comfortable around the water-y ones.

"Marco." The stern voice of the female would be enough to stop any cub in his tracks. She gestured to near her side with a flick of her head, a very slight, but deliberate motion. "Here." It was an invitation to remain, but not a particularly inviting one. Dobharchu spoke in commands, but her voice was not cruel. Perhaps she and the male could have words after she spoke with Aphrodite, but the young Terran concerned her foremost.

Perhaps with her friend at hand she would be more prone to speaking with the water wolf. If he turned and left now, Aphrodite would perhaps be inclined to follow, rather than face the questions of the elder wolf. Dobharchu knew the temptation to avoid such encounters with a cruel past, and would do her best to eliminate them for the young Terran.

Her eyes narrowed at the Incendo, scrutinizing him. He did seem uncomfortable in her presence, as if merely by their interaction the water wolf would somehow be able to extinguish his newfound flames. Finding his discomfort almost quaint, she felt that he might as well face this uncertainty of his while he was still young, rather than dodging her kind until adulthood. Hopefully a respect for the wishes of elders would outweigh his desire to escape the Fluidus wolfess.

Aly sighed, "Aphrodite, I--" but the pup ran off, she shot a snort at the water wolf and walked into the forest, away from the rainy air. When the femme had traveled enough to have felt the fog thin, she took a deep breath and concentrated on the earth. The blind fae felt a delicate pulse beneath her pads and she grinned. It was from the most life nearby, from the wolves. She knew where they were now and she relaxed, releasing the tension in her shoulders and laying in the clearing of silky grass.

She felt the tendrils twist around her paws and over her shoulder, but it was weak compared to what it usually did. "Earth, my love, thank you for everything," the fae allowed the blades to part her fur and their cooling sensation flowed around her legs and body. Allaya smiled and closed her eyes, allowing her heart rate and breathing to slow and her mind to rest as she fell into a sleep.

"Marco."

The young brute froze. it was the all-to familiar voice of the fluidis fae calling his name. Turning slowly around, he met the stone gaze of the fully grown she-wolf, but quickly turned his gaze away.

"Here."

She gestured near where the two where speaking. Without a sound, Marco plodded over slowly and cautiously. Instead of taking the place she pointed her snout to, he stubbornly took his place closer to Rodite and sat down on his haunches with a thump. This was the last place he wanted to be. Not only did the presence of Fluidis wolves make him feel shifty and nervous, but he was concerned the stern voice of the fae could get him to do more things against his own better judgement than he already had.

Curling his little plume protectively around his lean body was a feat, for he didn't want to choke the flame that beamed on his right paw. He busied himself with placing it perfectly around his paws, for he dreaded the cool gaze of the adult a few feet in front of him. For whatever reason he felt almost embarrased, as if he was an invading their privet conversation.

It was then that his throat begn to burn. It was common for such a sensation to come at random times of the day, but the young male couldn't hep but be mad it would come now. He tried hold the cough boiling up in his esophagus down to avoid being completely mortified, but it back fired greatly. It looked like he was having a spasm fit as his chest jerked with complaint. Soon giving up as the pain was to great, Marco spit out a small cough. A small spark flew out as predicted, but the young brute was quick on his paws. Taking his only paw without the flame, he covered up the little spark almost as fast at it flew out. He could only hope no one would notice.

Aphrodite listened to the words. They made her angry. But what use to be angry at a water wolf. To be angry at someone who would only help you.

"When the fire ravishes the forest it does not grow green again in a single day. However, the trees do not pull themselves back into the soil in their grief. Give voice to your sorrow, child of Hate, and perhaps we will find another pelt for you to wear when you outgrow this one."

She noticed Marco begin to cough and he was, in fact, on fire. He brushed up against her and singed her fur, but she refused to hate Marco. She refused to dislike him. She was, after all, a little smitten. She smiled gently at Marco, hoping he would return it. He had cared about her. He ran after her.

Her smile widened even more, and totally forgetting about Dobbharchu, she placed a paw gently on his tail, but removed it quickly.

She regarded the two cubs cooly, noting their interactions with one another. As she suspected, the Terran's attidude seemed to change with the young male there. Such a friend would be what the cub needed to heal, another who'd suffered his own loss of a family with whom she could relate. Dobharchu recalled her own experiences with loss, how she yearned for understanding and companionship. Perhaps she would have been a very different wolf today had she been able to find it.

"Consider, young Terran," She said softly, "Hate is a stream that runs in one direction. To become it means you must shun all others - Love, fear, joy. Chose carefully what pelt you will wear, Aphrodite, for once the pelt becomes a part of you it is as impossible to remove as your true skin." Her heavy tail lay flatly at her side, and her tone changed little from the stern voice she had used to call back the young Incendo.

"Take charge of what you truly hate, Aphrodite." She said, standing. "Perhaps it is truly the fire. Perhaps it is your sense of loss, or of helplessness. Perhaps you hate the fact that you are so afraid. Master what it is you hate, name it and take control of it. But most importantly, grieve." She said with some emphasis, taking a slow step toward the young one, her eyes trying to draw the cub's gaze to her own, so that she could emphasize her point. "Grieve for your loss, and take comfort in your friend, and your pack. There are many other great evils about us to hate now, I fear."

She stepped heavily around them, her tail dragging behind her, silently taking her leave of the cubs. The young Aphrodite would take no comfort from the she-wolf, whom she turned her anger against, and Dobharchu sensed that.Marco, however, could offer her much-needed companionship, which would be accepted from one she considered a friend.

Before leaving them, she paused and looked over her shoulder. "Marco," She said in the same stern tone. "We will have words soon." She did not ask, but spoke as though the statement were fact. "Find me when you finish here." And with that, she left them alone, besides the Terran Philosopher, Allaya, who remained nearby.

Relief flooded from his chest in the form of a small sigh as none of the three faes that surrounded him took any note of the spark. It was then that he felt a soft pat on his tail, one that seemed friendly enough. It was a small white paw tapping his plume gently. Following the white limb that connected said paw, he looked at Rodite's face just long enough to catch a gentle grin. He returned the smile, glad to see she wasn't upset any more. It was then that Dobharchu began to speak to his companion. Marco listened intently, even though the speech was meant mainly for Rodite's ears.

After the talk, the young brute blinked twice. It was a lot to take in his mere pup brain, but he understood the bulk of it. He was just about to stand up to talk to Aphrodite himself but he heard his name.

"Marco, we will have words soon." The pup gulped. It seemed more like a threat rather than an invite to him."Find me when you finish here." He only nodded, unable to keep any promises. He made a mental note to try and avoid that particular adult. In all honesty, she made him quite nervous.

It was then something caught his eye. Marco's gaze rested on a small patch of Rodite's fur. It was slightly blackened, burnt it seemed. His first thought was what could've done that to his friend, but then it hit him. He had gotten to close."Aphrodite, I am so so sorry," he began to apologize, jumping to his feet and backing away. "I didn't mean to..." he continued, stammering on and blubbering out more appologies. Marco felt horrible, and hoped she wouldn't get upset again. he didn't want his new fire to ruin his only friendship. Not now.

Aphrodite saw Dobbharchu leave and sighed. Just relieving all her stress. Marco looked nervous though. By that he had also jumped back at that point.

"Aphrodite, I am so so sorry. I didn't mean to...."

She shrugged. It was like the fur would remain there any longer. She was shedding constantly, her heavy coat struggling for relief. That water wolf, Dobbharchu, was very smart. Wisdom flows in her thoughts. Intelligence radiates from her mere voice. Finally Rodite figured she should speak because the silence between her and Marco was growing increasingly awkward.

No worries, Marco. I figure your little sparks can't burn my entire being down. Just, please, keep the ...cough spark to yourself. By the way, you look nervous, Aphrodite spoke true, and out of her own mind came some words of wisdom, "Just remember that Dobbharchu only means to help you, no matter how evil she may seem. I have a feeling she has lost something. Yearns for companionship and to understand why and what had happened. Don't think she isn't strong. She has made it this far. Just don't be nervous."

After hearing Aphrodite's reassuring words, Marco stood silently and cocked his head a little. She seemed to have a never-ending fountain of knowledge in her head. Shaking his cranium, the last part caught his attention.

"Just don't be nervous."

Marco stood. He was nervous, but wasn not going to admit it. "Nervous? I'm not ner-" It was then a bird flew from within the trees in a paniced state, fluttering past near the young male's head. He flinched violently, crouching down for what seemed the hundreth time. Marco let out a little laugh, and decided to change the subject.
"You're very smart," he replied. The simple words felt pathetic in his mouth compared to Rodite's seemingly adult-like knowledge. He spoke again, this time on the case of the fae of water. "Dobharchu," he started, slaughtering the name only a bit, "just... I don't know. Makes me nervous? Anyway, I guess she did make you feel better, which is good." He smiled at the last part, remembering how happy his friend seemed.

Aphrodite felt the tips of hr ears heat up.

"Dobharchu, just... I don't know. Makes me nervous? Anyway, I guess she did make you feel better, which is good."

It wasn't exactly Dobbharchu that had made her feel better. More like the presence of her crush, Marco. She bit her lip gently just so she wouldn't speak her true self, "Yeah she certainly...uh...made me feel better,"

The female was already burning up at the sentence. She knew it was a lie. Rodite sighed and sat back just day-dreaming when a bee landed on her nose. She went cross-eyed staring at the fuzz-ball. It turned towards her eyes and walked forwards a little bit. Then it flew off. She sort of laugh/exhaled with relief. She didn't particularly like bees either.

"Yeah she certainly...uh...made me feel better,"

Marco tiped his head a tad when the small female looked unsure. He walked a bit closer keeping a good distance vetween him and his friend still. The paranoid male didn't want to burn Rodite's fur again.

He watched in wonder as a small bee flew over on to Aphrodite's little nose. Marco's tounge lolled out of his mouth in good humor as she went cross-eyed, watching the fuzzy climb up the bridge of her snout. It flew away quickly, though. And it was a good thing too, for the last thing he wanted to see was his friend get stung. The male wanted to keep Rodite as happy as possible, both for her sake and his. He didn't want Dobharchu to have to step in again.

The silence between the pups would grow awkward again of one of them didn't speak soon, and Marco knew that. "So, do you want to head back to the others or... stay... or?" he questioned, lazily scratching his flaming ear with his flaming paw like he did earlier. Whatever Rodite wanted was fine with him, someone just needed to do something.

Rodite turned to Marco and smiled at his tongue hanging limply out of his mouth. He was paranoid though, and that bothered her greatly. Was he paranoid because of her? The white fae went to lift up her leg, but it wouldn't give. Grass had grown all around her paw and wound up to her shoulders, slowly growing even more around her. She attempted to scratch it away, but it was useless. This grass was not regular, as it was super strong compared to the flimsy brittle green that she chewed on when she had a groaning stomach.

""So, do you want to head back to the others or... stay... or...."

The female looked over at Marco, totally covered in the vine like grass. All that remained open was her eyes and ears. Her muzzle was able to open and close normally. It was almost like armor, in a sense that it protected her from damaging harm. She picked up her paw and the wines grew under them, shielding her delicate feet.

Aphrodite was amazed at this new development. Finally something to be proud of besides chameleon eyes. She looked over at Marco, he eyes ablaze with a vibrant green.

"Look at this Marco! Look at the vines that shield me!"

"Look at this Marco! Look at the vines that shield me!"

All he could do was stare. His mouth gaped at the very look of his friend wrapped in grass like armour. It was quite the sight to see such a thing, for the young male wasn't acustomed to all the seperate powers of each wolf. He looked her over once more before standing, curiously inching over.

Soon Marco was only a foot away, optics still trained on the intricate shapes incasing Aphrodite. He had to find his voice so he could ask what in the world was going on. "What in the... Aphrodite, are you doing that?" He said in amazement, watching as she lifted a paw and the vines obiediently followed. He crouched down so he could stick his head a little closer, sniffing only inches away from where Rodite's shoulder was. The male pup was sure to keep his right ear back as to not set anything ablaze as he leaned in and took another whiff.

The mesh smelt of not only the faint scent of his friend but also of the grass. "Wow," he mumbled, scooching back once more, "Now that is cool."
He still watched Aphrodite, hoping she would do more in the vine cloak that wrapped around her. "Can you walk?" he asked in pure curiousity. It was obvious that mere things like this were spectacles to Marco, and he was determined to learn more of his friends amazing talent.

"What in the... Aphrodite, are you doing that?"

Aphrodite got a flutter in her heart as neared closer to her, carefully taking care to keep his flaming ears away.

"Wow, now that is cool. Can you walk?"

She refocused on the task ahead, walking. It didn't seem very daunting, but she was suddenly feeling very light-headed. She struggled to keep herself on task and to keep her weight off the ground. The white female felt completely drained of energy and collapsed onto Marco. She didn't care though because at the time she was having trouble focusing on his face at all. His paws barely hurt the vines, though they did burn away before reforming.

Rodite felt even worse until she felt the need to black-out. The vines began to recede back into the ground where they came from and she was left leaning against Marco for support while trying to find her strength back. It had completely drained her of her energy and she was exhausted.

"Marco," She whispered softly, "I'm super tired. I'm going to sleep now,"

With that, the almost teenager wolf feel asleep against him, silently inside wishing for this moment to continue on.
